If you are looking to do business with Pasco County on Monday, October 11, be aware that many county offices will be closed on that day.
According to a press release, the county will host a staff development and appreciation day.
“County departments will carry out staff development and appreciation activities focused on building teams and improving services for our communities and neighbors,” the county said.
All Pasco County libraries will be closed, but GoPasco County public transportation will operate all fixed routes and paratransit; however, GoPasco’s administrative offices will be closed to walk-in clients. Telephone lines will be open.
Pasco County parks, recreation and natural resources offices, recreation complexes and community centers will be closed, but parks and beaches will remain open to the public from dawn until dusk.
The Pasco County Animal Services Administration Office, Adoption Center, Admission / Recovery Shelter, and Field Services will be closed Monday, and an Animal Control Officer will be available for emergencies only.
The Pasco County Resource Recovery Facility, West Pasco Class III and East Pasco Transfer Station will be open to the public and licensed commercial carriers in Pasco County.
All government offices will resume their normal hours on Tuesday, October 12.
