Jacksonville Humane Society Announces Fall in Love Adoption Event – Action News Jax

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Jacksonville Humane Society (JHS) and Animal Care and Protective Services (ACPS) are teaming up to offer a free fall adoption event Saturday, October 15 through Monday, October 17.


The community is invited to go out to either shelter to fall in love with a new best friend from the wide variety of animals available. In addition to the pets available at JHS, ACPS will be bringing additional dogs to present for adoption on Saturday, October 15. Free adoptions will continue Sunday and Monday at both locations.

“We are thrilled to offer a fun fall adoption event with our friends in animal care and protective services,” said Denise Deisler, CEO of the Jacksonville Humane Society, “We look forward to seeing all the incredible adoptions that are happening.”

All pets are modified, microchipped and vaccinated before adoption. Additional charges may apply. For more information, visit jaxhumane.org.
