This is the seventh year in a row that NBC and Telemundo owned stations have presented their national pet adoption campaign in partnership with affiliate stations and shelters / rescues. Since 2015, the Local Clear The Shelters campaign has helped over half a million pets find new homes.
Hill’s Pet Nutrition is the national sponsor of its fourth Clear The Shelters campaign. iHeartDogs, a former partner of Clear The Shelters, will donate pet supplies to some shelters. Visit ClearTheShelters.com for more information.
Follow the campaign effort on Twitter @ClearTheShelter and on social media using #ClearTheShelters and #DesocuparLosAlbergues.

Programs include pet adoption, humane education, pet therapy, a pet pantry, a volunteer program, and a full-service, low-cost veterinary clinic open to the public.
Adoption hours are Tuesday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. For more information, visit hssc.org or 941-955-4131.
