Dying Light is getting another in-game event called “Spike’s Story: Last Call”


While Techland Dying Light 2 With just weeks to go until its release on February 4 this year, it looks like the original game is still getting the love from the developers, as they keep players busy until the moment they wait for its sequel to drop.

Through a trailer, Techland announced that dying light will receive an in-game event, called Spike’s Story: Last Call this month. The event takes place right after the end of the original game and will put players on the task of rescuing all survivors in the city and bringing them to a safe haven, at Spike’s request. The event takes place after Rais is defeated and his henchmen take over the city of Harran by attacking a safe house with survivors, in turn increasing the virus count.

Thanks to an official update, Techland confirms that the event will be held in two parts. Part 1 of the event will run from January 24 to January 28, and upon completion of all three bounties, you will be rewarded with a weapon called Crankshaft, a Blueprint for Last Hope, and three King Mods respectively.

Speaking of more dying light, Techland recently announced that their upcoming sequel Dying Light 2 will receive post-launch support for at least the next five years. They also confirmed that the main story of the upcoming open-world zombie game will take around 20 hours.
