Batman returns to Rocket League for in-game event

Rocket league has been out for six years, but it’s still a big deal. Not as big as it used to be, but even small, regular events like this will affect a lot of people, over 75 million people in fact. Featured Last Year’s Haunted Hallows Event ghost hunters, and for this year’s Haunted Hallows event for Rocket league we have Batman go back.

During the event, players will be able to complete challenges with the theme Batman supervillains. Players will be able to earn the Joker Dominus Decal and Boost, Gotham’s Finest Merc Decal, Harley Quinn Wheels and Topper, Poison Ivy Boost, and the Dark Knight player title as a login reward. Not too ugly, eh?

Batman will also take over Rocket League ‘s Rumble Mode and turn it into Gotham City Rumble. This means players will still have the same Rumble gameplay, but with a Batman twist. There will be power-ups like Joker’s Boxing Glove, Harley’s Hammer instead of the Boot, Poison Ivy Vines instead of the Grappling Hook, and more.

Last but not the least, the batmobiles available. Players will be able to acquire the Batmobile (1989), The black Knight‘s Tumbler and the Batmobile (2016) from the Item Shop. Each batmobile will be delivered with a Reel Life sticker, which will give them the black color of the films. There are also three bat signal goal blasts that will show the bat symbol from three different eras in Batman history. You will be able to buy the batmobiles and the goal explosions in the Batman Halloween Pack (2000 credits), or purchase each vehicle and item separately. Individual bundles (which include a vehicle, a Reel Life sticker, and a goal blast) will cost 800 credits each.
